Diese Diagramme wurden 1984 auf einem NEC8023 Nadeldrucker als Resultat einer durch einen CPM-Z80-Rechner erfolgten rhythmischen Musikanalyse von acht zwei- bzw. dreistimmigen kurzen Musikstücken ausgedruckt. Aus der Musikanalyse ergab sich eine rhythmische Partitur, die später beim Drehen mit Hilfe einer Computersteuereinheit reproduziert wurde.

These diagrams were producced by a NEC8023 needle printer in 1984. They were the result of an analysis of the rhythms of 8 two- and three-voiced piano pieces played by Wyborny. The analysis was done by a CPM-Z80 computer, for which Wyborny had written the programmes. The music analysis of the computer led to a printed score that transformed the musical rhythms into visual rhythms. And these were produced on location in a Super 8 camera with the help of a small extra computer that controlled the number of frames filmed by the camera.
